Contest Terms & Conditions

Friendship Day Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants’ Eligibility and Rules:

A. The Contest is open to all the residents of India.

B. Participants have to tell us their #BFFStory and attach a picture of them in the comments.

C. Like and share the post and Gourmutt Facebook page/ Instagram profile to show your support, it is optional though.

D. The Contest is not open to:

a) The employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members of the organizer, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies

b) Persons who have an agreement or contract with any third parties that would prohibit such persons from participating in the contest.

E. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. The Organizer also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the contest or change the rules without any prior notice.

2. Winners & Prizes:

A. Duration: The contest will run for 3 days (1st – 3rd Aug 2021)

B. Prizes: Out of all the entries, the top ten entries stand a chance to win delicious treats for their #BFFs. Three lucky winners with the best entry will win a shopping voucher from Amazon too!

3. Winners Announcement:

A. Winners will be announced on Gourmutt Facebook Page and Instagram account. Participants are requested to regularly check Gourmutt Facebook Page and Instagram account to know about the winners.

B. Prize Dispatch: The Organizer shall contact Winners via email (as mentioned in the participant’s Facebook profile or provided by the participant through Facebook or Twitter direct message to Gourmutt page) asking for prize delivery address. The prizes would be dispatched via courier to the address provided by the winner.
